How do engagements usually start?
With a short call, then a written proposal covering scope and the first 90 days. For systems work the first deliverable is always an audit, so decisions run on facts rather than opinions.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Based in Dubai, working with teams across the Gulf and internationally. On-site presence depends on the engagement; leadership roles usually need regular in-person time.
Can you work inside our compliance rules?
Yes, that is the home turf. Most of my career has been inside DFSA and CBB-style regulatory environments where every piece of creative passes review.
What size of company do you work with?
From funded startups that need their first senior marketing leader to groups the size of DAMAC. What matters is that leadership wants marketing accountable to revenue.
What don’t you do?
Pure brand-design studio work, PR agency services and one-off campaign execution without measurement. If that is what you need, I will say so early and point you somewhere good.
