Mandate
Own the growth, search and app-marketing roadmaps; scale search’s revenue contribution across Saudi Arabia and the region.
Strategy
Build a fully automated programmatic SEO platform on Drupal, one of the region’s earliest, generating more than 500,000 landing pages. Content was assembled with template multipliers; data points came live from API integrations (weather, flight tracking, cost-of-living and internal data), keeping pages rich and current without thin-content risk. Origin-to-destination structures organized paid search; internal SEO APIs, built with the product team, automated unique content at scale. Arabic and English ASO plus Branch-powered mobile-web-to-app journeys converted search demand into app users. The SEO CMS was migrated from ProcessWire to Drupal without losing equity.
